Do you love grooving to Jazz? This is your chance! This program is conducted with a LIVE JAZZ band. Apart from the experience of it, another aim here is to demonstrate the areas of leadership, teamwork and change.

The love for music comes from the need for tranquillity but not always one knows where to look. Through music, we learn to improvise, perform and experiment. Also, we learn that you can almost never know it all. Leadership is a journey. You shall make errors but that is how you learn to trust your team and help them grow with you.

Round-up

This activity is almost meditative for the participants. The Jazz band performs LIVE with multiple notes and variations to showcase the multi facets in the art of leadership.
