Think of it as a giant puppet that you need to manoeuvre in order to get it to do the minutest of things. A few people holding one arm and a few others holding a leg and so on. Now all of them have to work together to make the puppet walk straight. Can you visualize the hilarity that follows?

Running a company is similar, isn’t it? One person not following the rhythm and it all goes for a toss. That is how important you are in your role. And well, it makes for quite a sight when so many of you try to get the puppet to the menial jobs that you don’t think twice about doing every day. You realize then that there are various muscles, joints and body parts working to make that one simple thing happen.
