Unlike Rajat Sharma interrogating those celebrities, our Aap Ki Adalat is so much more fun! The senior membership team leader occupies the witness stand and YOU get to ask questions. It is hilarious and fun when they are faced with fun(and light-hearted) accusations about their worklife life and eccentricities. Moreover, what better and harmless way of 360 degree feedback. The idea is not to corner the team member but to create an atmosphere that is light and humorous at the same time.

You should see the team bombarding questions and the atmosphere is informally brilliant, perfect to end your day long conference. There is a ton of laughter, questions being evaded, healthy sarcasm and most of all, getting to know our leaders in a way that otherwise is seldom possible. All MODERATED under expert guidance.

Round-up

This activity is pure fun and great on bonding. A lot of times we either end up being critical of or idolizing our idols, forgetting they are also human that have similar struggles like us. A permanent ice-breaker!
