This energiser is all about charging you up! They say there is no better way to do that than having an anthem or a collective energizing chant that unites you towards a common goal. Perhaps the same reason why before heading to the war-field, there is a war-cry. Haka originates from New Zealand. Our activity involves a lot of screaming and stomping together to get you into the right groove.

It is a charged atmosphere when you are chanting and moving in unison for 45 minutes. You feel one, with each other and with the goal. And that is the aim of Haka, to get you ready for any battle coming your way.

Round-up

Haka is fun and at the same time gets the adrenaline rushing like no other. There is a feeling of oneness with your team and organization. Often proves to be a sure shot ice breaking way to start your day at the offsite event.
