Activity in a capsule

This activity is all about stepping out of your comfort zone to contribute and make a difference. Imagine you and your team, including the Leadership, getting on your knees and assembling wheelchairs or cycles. Yes, you read it right – Wheelchairs! And these wheelchairs are then donated to an old age home. Of course, the participants don’t know all details while they are making them.

In this activity, teamwork is put to test when you take on the challenge of procuring all the resources not easily available. You ought to negotiate, earn points to collect parts and build your own wheelchairs or cycles and all this while, you treat this as a competitive challenge. When this is completed, join in with your team and stand tall with your creation. Suddenly, this simple team-building activity takes you by surprise and warms your heart when we bring in the residents of that old age home or orphange to the venue. Realization strikes as you see these beautiful faces light up and handover those innovative gifts made by you! We have seen some real tears of disbelief and some very thankful and overwhelmed faces at the end of this activity. It was never about competiing, but collaborating to make this difference.

The joy on the faces of the children on receiving bicycles is what you need to witness to feel for real. It instils a great amount of empathy and new-found motivation in your team. To be a better and more accountable person and make an impact to the loves of others. To make this happen, we partner with an NGO of your choice or even suggest a few to bring this heart-warming experience to life.
